Harvest Protocol is an educational investment decision framework and methodology, not personalized investment advice. The creator is not a registered investment advisor. All investment decisions remain solely your responsibility. These terms do not modify the disclaimer or limitation of liability provisions in the Personal Use License Agreement.
(a) Cap. The Founders Lifetime tier is capped at one hundred (100) buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. Harvest Protocol LLC will close the Founders Lifetime product in Lemon Squeezy upon reaching 100 activations. No waitlist will be maintained. No exceptions to the cap will be made after closure.
(b) Eligibility. Founders Lifetime is available only to individual natural persons purchasing for personal use. Business entities, trusts, and professional practices are not eligible for this tier; they should purchase a B2B Practitioner License.
(a) Scope of "lifetime." Harvest Protocol LLC commits to providing you with all future methodology updates at no additional charge for as long as Harvest Protocol LLC operates and offers the Harvest Protocol product, subject to the version scope below.
(d) Update delivery. Updates will be delivered via the same mechanism used for all active buyers — email notification with new file downloads or license key re-delivery through Lemon Squeezy. No separate distribution mechanism is guaranteed.
(a) Access. Founders Lifetime buyers receive lifetime access to a private "Founders" channel within the Harvest Protocol Discord server, distinct from the standard buyer community channels.
(b) Nature of access. Discord server membership and channel access depend on: (i) Discord's platform continuing to operate; (ii) Harvest Protocol LLC maintaining the server; and (iii) Licensee remaining in compliance with these terms and Discord's Terms of Service. Harvest Protocol LLC does not guarantee Discord's continued operation or the specific format of community access.
(c) Migration. If Harvest Protocol LLC migrates its community away from Discord to another platform, Founders Lifetime holders will receive equivalent private channel access on the successor platform at no additional charge.
(d) Conduct. Harvest Protocol LLC reserves the right to revoke Discord channel access without refund for conduct that violates community guidelines, including but not limited to sharing proprietary content from the private channel, distributing the Materials to non-buyers, or behavior that harms other community members.
Founders Lifetime holders receive early access to all future content drops produced by Harvest Protocol LLC, including but not limited to:
"Early access" means delivery 48–72 hours before general availability. It does not guarantee a specific quantity or cadence of future content.
(a) One transfer permitted. You may transfer your Founders Lifetime license to one other natural person (the "Transferee") during the lifetime of this agreement. This is a one-time right — once transferred, the Transferee cannot re-transfer to another party.
(b) Gift only, not resale. The transfer must be a gift, not a sale or assignment for value. Resale of the Founders Lifetime license is prohibited. Resale voids the license immediately and forfeits any refund rights.
(c) Transfer process. To exercise the transfer right, email support@getharvestprotocol.com with (i) your name and order number, (ii) the Transferee's full name and email address, and (iii) a written statement that the transfer is a gift. Harvest Protocol LLC will revoke your license key and issue a new one to the Transferee within 5 business days.
(d) Transferee bound. Upon transfer, the Transferee is bound by the Personal Use License Agreement and these Founders Lifetime Additional Terms. The Transferee assumes all obligations and may not re-transfer the license.
These terms do not constitute a buyout of any subscription product. As of April 2026, Harvest Protocol LLC has not launched a subscription product. If a subscription product is launched in the future, Founders Lifetime holders will receive preferential terms, but no buyout, credit, or automatic inclusion is guaranteed by these terms.
(a) Business cessation. If Harvest Protocol LLC ceases operations, the Founders Lifetime license converts to a perpetual license to use the Materials in their then-current version. No further updates would be provided. No refund would be available (given the 30-day refund window covers the initial purchase).
(b) Sale or acquisition. If Harvest Protocol LLC is acquired by or merges with another entity, the acquiring entity will be required to honor these Founders Lifetime terms as a condition of the transaction. Harvest Protocol LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to include this obligation in any acquisition agreement.
The standard 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy applies. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be honored. Given the one-of-100 scarcity structure, early refunds release a spot to the waitlist; this is the operator's preference and does not affect your refund right during the window.
All disclaimer provisions of the Personal Use License Agreement apply in full to the Founders Lifetime tier. The additional benefits granted in these terms (lifetime updates, private channel, early access) do not modify or waive any disclaimer, limitation of liability, or regulatory classification provision.
