If you purchase Harvest Protocol and run one complete BEST cycle, but the system does not change how you make investment decisions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
The 30-day refund applies to all tiers:
• Starter ($127)
• Complete System ($247)
• Pro + Coaching ($897)
To qualify for a refund, you must run one complete BEST cycle — a full monthly investment decision session using the engine, scoring, deployment gate, and position sizing framework. This typically takes 60–90 minutes.
At the end of that cycle, ask yourself: "Did this process change how I think about buying or selling?" If the answer is genuinely no, we refund every dollar.
Whether you refund or not, you keep the Playbook — the 30-chapter Investor Knowledge Base. It's yours to keep forever, even if you request a refund.
Email hello@getharvestprotocol.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your purchase email and order details. We'll process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are NOT available after Session 1 of your coaching calls. Once your first 60-minute private session has been scheduled or completed, the Pro + Coaching tier becomes non-refundable. This is because we've allocated time and resources to your onboarding.
If you wish to cancel before your first session, full refund applies.
All refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We initiate the refund request, and Lemon Squeezy processes it to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow 1–2 weeks for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you purchased multiple licenses, refunds apply only to individual licenses, not the bulk discount applied to your order.
